We will be performing planned updates on our two Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) routers to ensure continued network stability and performance.
To prevent downtime, these updates will be performed sequentially—meaning we will only update one router at a time. Because of this redundancy, the overall impact on service will be minimal.
Note: If you experience an extended loss of connectivity after the scheduled maintenance window has concluded, please try power-cycling your modem/router before contacting support.
